Legal Agreement

I authorize Digital Prahari to remotely monitor CCTV cameras installed at my premises for security and surveillance purposes. I understand Digital Prahari provides remote monitoring only and is not responsible for installation, maintenance, or physical security. I acknowledge Digital Prahari shall not be liable for theft, loss, damage, or incident at the premises. I will maintain electricity, internet connectivity, and working CCTV cameras. I agree to pay service charges in advance as per selected monitoring plan. This agreement is governed by applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
