Legal Agreement

I hereby give my full consent and authorization to Digital Prahari to remotely monitor the CCTV cameras installed at my premises for security and surveillance purposes.

I understand and agree that Digital Prahari provides remote monitoring services only and does not undertake responsibility for installation, maintenance, or physical security of the premises.

I acknowledge that Digital Prahari shall not be held liable for any theft, loss, damage, or incident occurring at the premises under any circumstances.

I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply, stable internet connectivity, and proper working condition of all CCTV cameras at all times.

I agree to pay the service charges in advance as per the selected monitoring plan, and understand that delay or non-payment may result in suspension of services.

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
